Family vacation for the brave
We had a good time with the free use of kayaks, even if one threatened to sink while my stepdaughter was out there! The staff were friendly and they genuinely tried to make you feel at home, like a family atmosphere that is rare nowadays.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive for what we got but considering the unique location, it was still okay.

Incredible ocean views complemented by an immaculately clean room made for a serene getaway. The location is perfect, with easy access to a great nearby restaurant and the dolphin research center, ideal for family outings. However, some rooms might not meet expectations, and a few amenities felt lackluster in comparison to other resorts in the area.

Comfortable stay with stunning sunset views
My stay in a Deluxe King Room was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic with beautiful sunset views from the patio, and the room was clean and well-equipped for our needs. Jen at the front desk was incredibly helpful in recommending local gluten-free dining options, which made our trip even better. One improvement would be addressing the road noise at night, as it could be quite disruptive while trying to sleep.

Check out the seafood shacks nearby, the fresh catches will have you drooling! And the pool? A total sun-soaked paradise. Plus, the staff? Super friendly and always ready to help!
But hold up, don’t forget about the road noise at night. you might hear the hustle outside if you leave your window open. Still, the charm of the place keeps it shining bright!

It was just a strong match for a fleeting pause in Marathon with best value for money ratio. The clean and compact room worked well for our needs, especially after a long day. If you need more space, consider upgrading upon check-in.

The staff was exceptionally friendly during our stay.
The TV in our room was broken, and despite multiple complaints, no one came to fix it. The walls had holes, and the trash cans outside were overflowing all weekend. It felt like no one cared about maintaining the property, and it certainly spoiled our vacation.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both the beautiful sunset bay park, just a short walk away, and key vaca, which made my city strolling delightful and allowed for stunning waterfront views. the property also had a great pool area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, making my visit all the more enjoyable as a solo traveler.

The resort offers a charming, laid-back experience with a friendly atmosphere and well-maintained grounds. The pool is lovely, but some conveniences, like the lack of propane grills and basic room amenities, could use improvement. Overall, it was a nice stay despite the minor issues.

Our family had a great stay! We loved the well-equipped suite that allowed us to cook meals and enjoy family time together in the living room. The location was perfect for exploring the Keys, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and kayaking right on site. The docks were beautifully decorated and made for a lovely ambiance in the evening.
